Annual vs. Monthly Billing

Every workspace has its own subscription. Monthly and annual subscriptions both receive a fresh monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly allowance period. Purchased refill credits do not expire.

Payment cadence

Monthly subscriptions pay once each month. Annual subscriptions pay once per year at a lower equivalent monthly price. The payment cadence does not change monthly credit quantities.

The public prices are:

• Starter: $169 monthly, or $1,788 annually, equivalent to $149 per month. Includes 150 credits each month.
• Growth: $329 monthly, or $3,588 annually, equivalent to $299 per month. Includes 325 credits each month.
• Scale: $549 monthly, or $5,988 annually, equivalent to $499 per month. Includes 575 credits each month.

Protected accounts retain their agreed original prices. Account discounts apply to the applicable public prices. Your workspace settings show your effective agreement.

Monthly credit periods

Credit periods follow the subscription anniversary, including on annual subscriptions. A period anchored on the 31st uses the final day of a shorter month, then returns to the 31st when possible. Unused plan credits do not roll into the next period. Annual billing covers twelve monthly allowance periods.

Changing plans or cadence

Review the confirmation in your workspace settings. The standard plan change flow charges the full target plan amount using the saved payment method and starts a new paid period. Storage retention changes can be scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Your confirmation states when the change applies.

A card issuer may require verification. Otherwise your saved payment method is reused, so team members do not need the billing manager to enter card details again.
