Plan credits refresh every month on both monthly and annual subscriptions. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that monthly period. Separately purchased refill credits do not expire.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Standard plan changes charge the full target price and start a new paid period. Storage retention changes can take effect at the end of the paid period. Review the confirmation for timing and the amount charged.

When your credits are used up, you can purchase a token refill, enable automatic refills, or upgrade your plan. Refill credits do not expire. Your account pricing agreement applies to eligible purchases, and the confirmation shows the amount before payment. You can also wait for your next monthly plan credit grant.
