Viewing Billing History and Invoices

Credits and Billing2 min read

Two Records in Two Places

Billing activity appears in two records:

  1. Invoices. These record money charged to your account. You can view each invoice in RealityMuse and download a PDF for accounting.

  2. Credit activity. This records token allocations, purchases, submissions, and refunds for one client.

Your account invoice history includes charges across all clients. Credit activity remains specific to each client.

Finding Every Invoice

Open Invoices from the dashboard navigation to see the complete account history. Closed workspaces remain represented so their invoices do not disappear when a workspace is archived.

Invoices appear newest first. Each row shows the billed item, amount, status, date, invoice number, and client when available. Use Next and Previous to move through older records.

You can also find invoices for one client in that client settings page.

Viewing and Downloading an Invoice

Each row provides two actions:

  1. View opens the RealityMuse invoice in the same browser tab.

  2. Download saves the matching PDF document.

The browser view and PDF use the same invoice facts and layout. Each document includes the invoice number, issue and due dates, payment status, billing details captured by Stripe, line items, subtotal, adjustments, total, amount paid, and amount due.

Invoice dates use UTC. Amounts use the currency recorded by Stripe.

If an open invoice still has money due, the document may offer a secure Stripe payment action. Paid, void, and uncollectible invoices do not show a payment action.

Keeping Billing Details Current

The customer name, address, and optional invoice notes come from your account Billing Profile and the billing details stored by Stripe when the invoice is created. Edit your Billing Profile from a client settings page before the next invoice is issued.

Finalized historical invoices preserve the billing facts recorded at issue time. A later profile change does not rewrite an older document.

Credit Activity

Credit activity is available for each client. Open the client credits page from the plan management section or from the client navigation.

Each entry records the activity type, token amount, timestamp, and related creative when relevant. Entries appear newest first.

Common Questions

Where do I find spend across every client? Open Invoices from the dashboard navigation. This list includes every charge on your account and identifies the related client when available.

Why are credits and invoices separate? Invoices record money charged. Credits record tokens allocated and spent. They move at different times and answer different accounting questions.
